Vaxx Pass is committed in doing our part in overcoming the Covid-19 pandemic through the use of technology. Our aim is to use NFC products providing immediate access to one's Immunization Card and Identification. Near Field Communication (NFC) is a set of short-range wireless technologies, typically requiring 4cm or less to be readable. It's as simple as tapping onto Vaxx Pass with an NFC-enabled smartphone or device.

The details stored on this wireless tag link include your vaccination information; your name, type of vaccine, dates those vaccines were administered, a copy of your immunization card and a copy of identification. We aim to appeal to all age groups, from our kids to the elderly. The public can purchase the Vaxx Pass products to store their copy of their vaccination using our secure platform using a 4 digit-PIN set by the user to access a protected digital copy of your Immunization profile. To reiterate, its purpose is to make individuals easily identifiable to others, creating a sense of safety and comfort. Additionally, Vaxx Pass platform provides the following:

  1. Online Storage to your Immunization/Vaccination Card and Proof of Identification.
  2. Printable copy of your Vaccination Profile.
  3. Email containing a link to your Vaccination Card (useful for non-NFC devices).

Premium silicon band with adjustable length using a pin tuck button and with “I AM VAXXED ” to indicate vaccination status. The bracelet comes with a NFC TAG which will store a customer’s URL link to their vaccine profile. Each NFC TAG will be unique to each customer. The NFC TAG can be scanned by any NFC enabled device (smart device) and accessed through entering a password protected pin code to view the individual’s Immunization Card and Proof of Identity.

Yes, you can order online by filling out the registration form. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, your band will be dispatched. The cost of the band and shipping will be paid directly to Vaxx Pass (Directly Deposit, Cash on Delivery and/or End Cash). Delivery price will vary based on location and collection point.

Our premium silicon band contains a near field communication (NFC) tag encoded with a URL \ link containing your vaccination record. All NFC-enabled devices such as smartphones, tables, computers, etc can instantaneously communicate with Vaxx Pass Band to display a URL containing a PIN protected digital vaccination record of the band’s owner.

All NFC-enabled smartphone will have an NFC touchpoint, often on the back of the device. When your smartphone touchpoint comes into very close proximity/contact to the band’s Vaxx Pass logo, you will receive a notification on your smartphone. Consult with your smartphone user manual to determine how to enable its NFC feature if applicable.

Yes, apart from utilizing an NFC-enabled device, you will receive a link delivered to your email which will be associated with Vaxx Pass vaccination status. This vaccination status can be easily printed and/or downloaded to your device. Your vaccination status/ record can be fully utilized when your four-digit PIN is entered.

Our website can be accessed internationally however please observe guideless according to the country in which you are located as requirements vary globally.

Yes, you can save your digital vaccine on your iPhone by taking a screenshot. Additionally, Vaxx Pass will provide our customers a downloadable copy of their vaccination record in PDF format via email.

Yes, you can save your digital vaccine on your Android by taking a screenshot. Additionally, Vaxx Pass will provide our customers a downloadable copy of their vaccination record in PDF format via email.

Yes, filling out the registration form on Vaxx Pass portal / website does not provide instant access to your vaccination record. The link to the vaccination record requires a PIN that you create and is sent only to the email used in the registration process once verified.

There is a pin reset link on the landing page when your Vaxx Pass band is scanned.

Vaxx Pass bands will be valid at any venue that accepts a digital copy of your vaccination card on smart device. Please be reminded that all citizens should be guided by the regulations provided by the Ministry of Health in relations to the Public Health Ordinance.

The band is made of silicone and it is adjustable and waterproof.

The Vaxx Pass service is available to anyone who has received a recognized COVID-19 vaccine and been issued a Trinidad and Tobago government approved physical vaccination card to prove same. Please note a person is considered to be fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the final recommended vaccine dose(s) of a who approved vaccine or vaccine combination. Currently our services is applicable to persons 18 years and over.

Our goal is to make sure that both the digital and photographic vaccination record are available to the consumer should they need to provide proof to third parties. Your digital vaccination profile resides in an encrypted cloud using AES 256-bit encryption. We also use an enterprise grade, object level access control logging solution and framework to provide an auditable trail of access.

Conveniently available for you to print or access at any time, a digital vaccine record serves as a backup copy of your physical record which the Ministry of Health-provided.

This is a valid concern and we at Vaxx Pass take our users and consumer data very seriously. Our system has been rigorously tested. Once the verification and digitization has been completed, the consumer will receive an email notification (which doesn’t include any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) informing them of their application approval. On our customers end, an encrypted 4-digit PIN code protects your Vass Pass Vaccination Profile which is controlled and managed by you (the owner). Additionally, Vaxx Pass utilizes a combination of online and offline cyber security technologies, procedures and organizational measures to help safeguard our customers information against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Vaxx Pass utilizes data encryption when our users’ data is transmitted over the Internet to our website via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate. Our system is hosted on dedicated servers with customized and enhanced security features tailored to our application. Strong password protection protocols are used on our computers\servers, and Vaxx Pass personnel are kept up to date on our security and privacy policies. All Vaxx Pass servers used to store our customers information are maintained in a secure environment with appropriate security measures.

Our review team and artificial intelligence system reviews customer identification as part of our due diligence for level 2 verification, to ensure the personal information is matched to government issued the vaccine card and your form of identification.

At this time, we are only able to accept Ministry of Health vaccination cards from Trinidad and Tobago.

To access your Vaxx Pass vaccination status from the NFC enabled wristband please refer to the following instructions:

  1. Ensure your smart device is NFC enabled. Some phones are automatically NFC enabled (iPhones). Generally, it’s located at the back or top of phones.
  2. Point or tap your smart device to the Vaxx Pass logo on the wristband.
  3. Click the link for “Vaxx Pass” that pops up on your smart device.
  4. Enter your 4-digit PIN
  5. View your Vaxx Pass vaccination status on your device

Currently, we accept the following payment methods:

  1. Direct Deposit – After an applicant is verified, they are required to direct deposit (an email will be sent with instructions) before final approval and dispatching of your product.

Yes, apart from the online verification process Vaxx Pass requires an additional form of verification. Upon delivery or collection of your Vaxx Pass wristband you are required to produce originals as identified as above for the purpose an additional level of verification, transparency and credibility.
